This month’s market activity across the Tri-Cities covering single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments shows a steady and encouraging trend.
Midland saw homes spending an average of 39 days on the market, a slight increase from last month. Despite that, average sale prices have risen, indicating continued buyer demand.
In Bay City, properties averaged 28 days on the market, also ticking up slightly. At the same time, the median sale price increased, suggesting strong competition for well-priced homes.
Saginaw experienced a similar pattern, with average days on market rising modestly to 39 days, while median sale prices also climbed.
